The exciting first term is over, both for my daughter at university and me at college.
We have both learned things about ourselves:
We are very competitive
Only the best work is good enough
Focus is King
We are driven to know more
We have both met some wonderful kindred spirits, learned about things we did not even know existed and found our strengths and weaknesses...
Would I ever have guessed how exhausting it would be trying to fit in work and two days at college? Definitely not. Is it worth it? Yes, absolutely every minute!
I have a set of prints in this year's Mini Print Hull 2007- so exciting to be submitting to exhibitions again.
